Nicholas Lauber is an associate attorney at Garrett and Tully. Nicholas received his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University with highest distinction and with honors in history. Nicholas received his juris doctor from University of California Los Angeles with a specialization in business law. While in law school Nicholas worked as a managing editor for the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs and participated in the income tax assistance clinic.
Prior to working for Garrett and Tully, Nicholas worked as a prosecutor gaining extensive courtroom and jury trial experience. He later went on to create the Los Angeles City Attorney Digital Task Force, specializing in cyberstalking and image exploitation crimes. Nicholas then moved onto civil litigation focusing on government entity defense and civil rights litigation representing the Los Angeles Police Department.
