John C. Tully

John C. TullyMr. Tully is an associate in the Pasadena office of Garrett & Tully. His practice focuses primarily on business, title insurance and real estate litigation, as well as professional liability litigation. He also has experience in toxic tort complex litigation and other insurance defense litigation.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Tully worked at Garrett & Tully as a law clerk. While attending law school, Mr. Tully was a member and editor of the University of Illinois Law Review. His note, Plumbing the Depths of Corporate Litigation: Reform the Deepening Insolvency Theory, was published in 2013. Mr. Tully also was the President and Co-Founder of the University of Illinois Internet and Technology Law Association, and he provided pro bono service for victims of predatory lending practices as a 711 Licensed Senior Law Student in the University of Illinois Community Preservation Clinic.

In addition, Mr. Tully served as an extern for the Honorable Daniel Schmidt of the Illinois Court of Appeals, Third Appellate District, and as a law clerk for the Honorable Denise de Bellefeuille, Superior Court of California, County of Santa Barbara.
