Erika M. Prager
Erika Prager is an associate attorney in the Westlake Village office of Garrett & Tully. Ms. Prager graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in political science and French. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Roger Williams University School of Law, and thereafter earned a Masters of Law from American University’s Washington College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Prager worked as a certified student attorney in her school’s criminal defense clinic, where she represented numerous indigent defendants charged with misdemeanor criminal offenses. In relation to her work as a student attorney, Ms. Prager earned a CALI Award and was a recipient of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Northeast Chapter’s Law Student Ethics Award. During her law school tenure, Ms. Prager was also awarded the Outstanding Law Student Award by the National Association of Women Lawyers.
Ms. Prager has worked as in‐house counsel for two Fortune 500 corporations, where she defended third‐party lawsuits and first‐party claims from their inception to resolution. Ms. Prager also has significant experience litigating a variety of cases in the areas of catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, products liability, and general liability.
