Ms. Tran practices general litigation, with emphasis on business litigation, employment practices and professional liability. Ms. Tran's experience also includes construction litigation and warranty litigation as well as appellate work in state and federal courts. Ms. Tran also has experience in the shield law and First Amendment regarding a newsperson's right to obtain information and right to protect unpublished information. Ms. Tran has given presentations about the Brown Act and conflicts of interest to minority individuals in preparation of them holding local office. In addition, Ms. Tran has been a panelist for several years at the law presentations at her alma mater, University of California, Riverside. She thoroughly enjoys assisting individuals who seek a career in the legal field.
