Mr. Mahler is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on business litigation, real estate litigation, and professional liability. He has successfully represented clients at trial and binding arbitration. He also has experience handling appellate matters, including successfully petitioning the California Supreme Court for review. Mr. Mahler graduated from Loyola Law School, where he was the recipient of both the American Jurisprudence Award and First Honors Award in Negotiations, as well as a member of the Entertainment Law Journal. Prior to law school, he graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was the recipient of a UCLA Alumni Scholarship.
Mr. Mahler is admitted to practice in California and the United States District Court, Central District of California. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the California Escrow Association.
