Mr. Dewberry has a broad range of litigation experience. He has specialized in the area of professional liability litigation, successfully defending malpractice claims against attorneys in a variety of contexts, including probate law, family law, secured real estate transactions and securities litigation. Mr. Dewberry also has extensive experience defending accountants and auditors, including numerous negligence and fraud cases arising from tax deferment or avoidance strategies that were "listed" by the Internal Revenue Service. He has also acted as a consultant in connection with complex accounting and auditor litigation outside of California.

In addition to professional liability, Mr. Dewberry has specialized for many years in the area of title insurance litigation and coverage analysis. He has also represented a major international bank in complex commercial law cases, and has handled high profile litigation matters in which he represented prominent figures in the entertainment industry.
