Mr. Dzien has experienced a 40–year career as a multi-jurisdictional practice attorney in the title insurance industry. His career began in 1969 as an attorney title examiner at Chicago Title and Trust Company in Chicago, Illinois. He served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for California based United Capital Title Insurance Company ("UCTI"), United Title Company and all of their affiliates, including 1031 Exchange Point, Advantage Aware, Land Title of Nevada and United Title Agency of Arizona. In the seven years he served in this capacity, UCTI achieved and maintained an unsurpassed "A" Double Prime Demotech rating. Mr. Dzien also served as Associate General Counsel, Underwriting Counsel, Office Counsel, Regional Claims Counsel and Manager for Chicago Title Insurance Company. Those responsibilities involved diverse geographical areas within the United States. Since 1981, Mr. Dzien’s focus has been California and all of the other Western States as well as Hawaii and Guam. Mr. Dzien has been engaged as an expert consultant and has qualified and testified as an expert witness at trials in matters related to real estate and title insurance.
