Ms. Gotcher is an associate in the Westlake Village Office of Garrett & Tully. Her practice focuses on business litigation, accountants’ liability, professional liability, real estate/property and title insurance coverage. Ms. Gotcher handles all aspects of litigation. In addition, Ms. Gotcher investigates and analyzes pre-litigation claims.

Ms. Gotcher also has experience in the defense of wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims, and has represented numerous companies in the defense of toxic tort and mold claims. While in law school, Ms. Gotcher was an award-winning brief writer and oralist for the Southwestern University Moot Court Honors Program, and she continues to be an active participant in the Southwestern Moot Court team as a volunteer judge. During law school, Ms. Gotcher was a law clerk for the California Attorney General’s office, and a judicial extern to the Honorable Andrew Kauffman of the Los Angeles Superior Court. She was also selected as an intern for The White House, serving in the Office of Communication and Press for Vice President Al Gore.
