Ms. Haddad's practice focuses on real estate litigation, escrow liability, title insurance, complex business litigation, and professional liability, with an emphasis on accountant malpractice.

While attending Catholic University, Ms. Haddad was the recipient of the Elizabeth Guhring Scholarship. She was a staff member of Commlaw Conspectus, Journal of Communications Law and Policy. During law school, Ms. Haddad clerked for the Departmental Appeals Board of the Department of Health and Human Services in both the Appellate Division and Medicare Operations Division.
