Mr. Levy has almost 30 years of litigation experience in the areas of real property titles, title insurance, and escrow, and extensive experience in title insurance coverage issues. He has successfully defended title insurers and their insureds at the trial court and appellate levels. He had his own firm for many years, has been a member of several local mid-sized law firms where he had a more general litigation practice, is a former Associate General Counsel of United Capital Title Insurance Company, and former in-house claims and litigation counsel for Title Insurance & Trust Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company, Land America, Fidelity National Title, and their related companies.
